1. Take A Long Hot Shower

Now, normally people wouldn’t do this, but I would recommend eating while you’re out. Some people say that eating your feelings away is not the right thing to do. It is wrong, but the good thing about it is that it will decrease your anger towards the person. You love the taste of the food so much, you wouldn’t be angry at anything else.

4. Look Like You Don’t Care

Put on some of the best clothes you have. Wear make up that will make you look different. Appearance not only makes people not focus on the issue, but it also shows that you are not going to let a breakup affect you. You are alive, beautiful, and ready for the next one.

5. Delete Everything of Your Ex

If you want that person out of your life, then delete everything. Erase numbers from your phone. Get rid of the pictures. Anything about your ex, get rid of them. You want your house to look and smell like nothing but you and Irish Springs.

Life is too short to cry about stuff. Get up and go on with your life. Show that you are a better person and no person in the world is going to bring you down.
